Attacking a player who is full sending you will teach them to not full send.... making everyone better at the game... not only should you not avoid attacking full send players, I think you should seek them out and pop them with a bot sized attack right off the bat. That should get them to start saving up.

If that tactic works then yeah sure, but you won't always be able to kill them off early, and also many players won't let you know that they're gonna full send, full sending is a part of the game, it's part of diplomacy, and it is a skill to know who to attack and not attack and when, so that you don't anger them to the point that they full send you, of course if full sending still annoys you there is the mode where it's not allowed, but let's not say that players that full send aren't as good or something.
