Wayne Gretzky’s 3D Hockey video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Wayne Gretzky’s 3D Hockey for the Nintendo 64 developed by Williams Entertainment and published by Midway Games.
It may just look like an outdated sports game, but Wayne Gretzky’s 3D Hockey owns its own little slice of history on the Nintendo 64. It was the system’s very first sports game, not to mention the first game to use all four N64 controller ports. And with its fast-paced brand of arcade-style gameplay, finding three friends to play with shouldn’t be a problem. Featuring addictive gameplay and a strong amount of modes, Wayne Gretzky’s 3D Hockey brought Nintendo into the era of 3D sports games with a bang.

DEADLYANTDX You wanna talk about divorce rates in the US ? If 2 people like each other, there is no reason to enter a legal agreement, but if you do and this emotional bond vanishes (which it does in 50-60 % of all cases in industrialized states) the metabolic endproducts hit the fan and everyone involved (except for the lawyers) gets very very unhappy. Therefore doing something like that is highly unreasonable. If one doesn't marry (which is always associated with unrealistic expectations) but just focuses on keeping one's relationship going, chances are that all end better up.

Best hockey game ever. So many great multiplayer memories. Thing that used to bother me the most about this game is if you played against the CPU it would always make a come back. You could hardly ever have a game where it would 6-0. Its like all of a sudden your goalie just would miss every shot no matter where it cane from.

The N64 is 10x better the Ps1, it supports widescreen, has better graphics, offers 4 player multiplayer, and the games have stayed cheap because the cartridges age better.

I don't know how or why I got hold of this title, as I'm not a sports fan, but this game was GREAT when I played it back in the 90's. Still fun today too!

was that a gintama reference? anyways why didnt you show any footage of the fight system this game has. its cool cause you can check someone or fuck em up with your stick from behind (........ha) which causes them to get up and throw down so the camera zooms in on you and whomever then you can beat the shit out of each other like a full on arcade boxing game. it blew my mind the first time that ever happened to me

This game was more or less a sequel to NHL Open Ice which was a hockey version of NBA Hangtime
