Omg this game when I was 5 I simply couldn’t beat it. Was the hardest thing ever. I Had to have everything Herc in its hay day. Burger King toys. Clothes. Another game/movie where the music is out of this world. Those gospel chicks Zero to Hero I’m sure I boogied to that in the 90s a few times

at first I thought it's nothing but a bad tie-in game aimed for kids with no taste of quality then I played it and I was surprised by the outcome, it's a pretty solid platformer that holds up even today, I also love the movie too

I remember playing this game on the PS1. I never did beat it, though. I was young and the Hydra... I think it was... that multi-headed dragon thing always scared the shit out of me... mostly due to the fact that you had to cut his freakin' HEADS OFF. lol, that part scared me in the movie, as well. I was a bit of a pansy. I did eventually beat the Hydra and got stuck in the Underworld. It kept killing me. That was a hard stage.

I watched it under a year ago and it is much better then the pseudo-feminist rubbish disney tries to release now days. Sure, it is nothing like Greek Mythology, but Disney has been getting folk tales wrong (or 'fixed') since their first movie ever. You think they are 'fine' for disobeying the non-existent rules of the original fiction but suddenly Greek Mythology is magically off-limits when nothing else is? Give me a break.
