​@@Songsbydivya05 "Arrears of Preference Dividend" ki liability ko settle karne ke liye company ne Equity shares issue kiye the 8% Preference Shares ki value 1,50,000 thi Yani har sal 1,50,000 pe 8% ka dividend (interest) company ko dena chahiye apne Preference Shareholders ko Yani ₹12,000 (1,50,000 x 8%) Par company ne 4 sal se dividend nahi diya tha Yani 12,000 x 4 = 48,000 ✓
