As nitrogen can form maximum 3 bonds, then how both of the nitrogens have formed four bonds in benzene diazonium chloride and are still stable then the aniline, where it has formed three bonds? If nitrogen forms an extra bond, then we are supposed to put a positive charge on the whole N2Cl molecule. Please explain.

Diazonium chloride is only stable below 10 C it is decompse above 10 C and unstable

Sir, I have a question that may not be directly related to the topic but concerns the common naming in chemistry. Acet generally refers to 2 carbon atoms. So, in the acidic oxidation of cumene, 2-propanone is formed, and it has always been named as acetone both previous lectures and even now. Why do we not call it propanone, especially since it contains 3 carbon atoms? This question has been on my mind for quite some time. Kindly help me resolve this confusion. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Sir.
