Sir COOH is meta directing group. Why we attached with Ortho para?

Because it is dependent on OH where COOH is attached rather then on COOH where OH is attached because OH was present before COOH so it directed the COOH to be attached at Ortho and para positions If the COOH was present before OH then it might direct it to meta position
