I really appreciate your lectures but I do need to challenge the statement about hyperkalemia being rare. Because of the large number of patients with renal failure, it is actually pretty common to see hyperkalemia

24:33 Ocean has around 500 meq/L of sodium. Human body has 135-145 meq/L of sodium in extracellular fluid. How is that in any way comparable to the concentration of sodium in the oceans 🤔?
