This book should be required reading in High School History classes. The fact that Zinn narrated the whole damn tome himself shows his passion and dedication for the subject. The background music for this particular chapter made it much easier for me to comprehend. It helps to make a despicable entry more digestible, I realize this opinion differs from others but it's almost like it brings out an emotional yearning to connect with the victims.

This history is unpleasant but necessary to hear, Zinn was a great man, I wish I could have shaken his hand. 👍

Thankyou for uploading this book. I'm always grateful for free literary content. I understand that the background music is necessary to prevent the video being taken down. Although I must say I prefer the rainstorm and thunder noise from the earlier chapter. That was quite pleasant to hear and I would have liked to hear it on every video.

Appreciate very much the effort put into this series of video. The background music is not necessary to start with, but if you really must have background music at least keep it low so as not to completely cover the voice

The music around 19:00 is so loud I can't focus on the reading. So unnecessary

I have a question, I like the music and reading along with your audio but maybe for future reference, could you turn down the music audio? It sounds really loud when I’ve been reading, not saying it’s an issue but just loud is all

This music is a pretty bad choice. It makes Manifest Destiny sound like a very good and heroic, hopeful endeavor.

it has no name my friend, unless I give it one. Let the words speak for them self. Truth should never be harnessed or given a price, title or value. It is what it is, set it free. :-)

It seems like the background noise gets louder with each successive chapter; what would possess you to accompany the narration of a book with highly repetitious music?

@gwapes56675 жыл бұрын
Cory D no what’s shock is that you must assume that the person is blind in the first thing, this person put up the video and you not liking it shouldn’t over take what the person wanted to accomplish, the music is his choice there are other audios, you shouldn’t complain over the music because you aren’t the one who uploaded the video
