Yes! Hinamizawa is a real place that's cool! But the true nam of the village is Shirakawa. But Hinamizawa is of course based on that.

well yeah u got a point. it may be somehow boring compared to the city but could be way better than the city, i would to live there when im old because it looks so peacfull and theres no pollution.. also looks perfect for training and to clean your lungs with some fresh air.
