車輪餅是一種在日據時代從日本引進的傳統美食,原名為今川燒,在台灣一般來說稱為紅豆餅或車輪餅。 在日本,車輪餅隨著地域而有不同的稱呼。 在關東主要被稱為「今川燒」或「二重燒」,在關西與九州地區則常稱之為「回轉燒」。 另外還有「大判燒」、「太鼓燒」、「太鼓饅頭」等不同的稱呼。
