You have a really nice setup! I used to sell on eBay when they first came around and I did really well, but I was not organized like you, not even close, lol. I had my packaging down pretty good but I can’t remember how many times I would be panicking because I couldn’t locate the item I sold. I did it for 10 years and really enjoyed the hunts and the sales. You really have it fine tuned! Kudos to you!

Hi Vickie! I just came across your videos and they are so helpful! I am a fairly new eBay seller and I’m curious about how to list in regards to shipping dimensions and weight. When you create your listings, you have to put in package dimensions and weight. If you pull items off the shelf at time of sale, how do you know dimension/weight info when you do your listings? It’s not paper tape. It’s masking tape and is much cheaper than clear packing tape. We go through a lot of tape. And, it’s actually easier for the buyer to remove. Hope that answers your question. Thanks!

Hi, I just found you and really enjoyed your video. I am a seller also on eBay and you have given me a new perspective on items that I would not have picked up…til now! Interestingly enough, we pack a lot alike. I use cardboard to protect handles on cups after tissue paper, you have some great tips, thinking of switching to masking tape on first wrap, seems faster. You have a new follower! Mary from Auctionsanonymos. ( I know the “u” is missing, but someone had that name back in 2000. lol 😊

Is that large masking tape you use? Do you feel that works best or just that you have it?

I love it and recommend it. I have two. One for masking tape (masking tape is cheaper than packing tape) and one for packing tape. The blade is sharp so gotta be careful. Links below my video if you want to check it out. Thanks for asking.
