George I loved your vlog of the Mayan Ruins. Your Indiana Jones hat would have gone perfectly in this video but I see you opted for a baseball cap… Guess you didn’t want anyone to think you were coming to steal any hidden or lost treasures… lol When I went to Cozumel I wanted to do a small Mayan Ruin excursion, but my girl friends and I each suffer from slight hip or knee issues, so, we ended up lazing on the closest beach with bartenders even closer. Your excursion with the smaller group looked quite intimate compared to some of the busier cruise led excursions. Thanks for sharing my friend. Stay blessed. ✌🏾🙂🗿🗺️🗿🙂✌🏾

We were there March 22nd this year. There are plenty of bathrooms in the visitors center. None on the trails. It's well worth the visit.

@@tiffanytemaui7014 I waited and ended up paying about $20 more on the ship. This particular excursion leaves so soon after gangplank that you do not have time to buy them unless you’re one of the first people there.

Your tour guide seemed to be very informative and nice. Did you booked this Costa Maya excursion directly through RCCL or other excursion company such as Excursion Shore, Viator and Native Choice. Planning to go on a Royal Caribbean cruise and visiting the mayan ruins is on of my bucket list.

We went though the "Shore Excursion Group". RCCL was going to Kohunlich, but we wanted Chacchoben . So we went a with a tour group we have enjoyed in the past. Chacchoben has a shorted bus ride and a small group, so lots of one-on-one with the tour guide. It was a fun tour.

The cruise ships always try to scare people with the " if you get back late we wont wait for you" thing. Did the tour operator you used have a guarantee clause? TIA
