RIGHT ON. BUT after THIS life on earth is over, HE will be answering to God. Blaspheming God is an UNFORGIVABLE SIN so Chad, Lori, Melanie PowBuedrau, Ian as well as Alex AND the woman Zuelema used Gods Holy name for self gain and THAT is blasphemy. Zuelema took part in their plans, for money to fund Daybells End of world plans. pulmonary

ME imagine watching as police walk around the yard you hid bodies in ! He was freaking out and neither knew what to say bc they know its recorded . That is why he said they are checking the yard , bc she knows what that meant . I really want to know what they were thinking . More than one adult thought killing two young lives was of light .

Agree, she was so wishy washy in the East Idaho News interview. She got a lot stronger. That was a great phone call she recorded. No attorney asks questions without knowing the answer. Chad's atty knew exactly what Lori & Melanie were talking about. In my opinion he is talking to jurors. He knows this is streaming, he is playing to the camera and knows his jurors could be watching. He keeps asking questions like "i'm confused or I don't understand" all that is B.S.

I'm sure they will put the blame the murders on Alex however Chad won't get away with the bodies being buried on his property. He definitely can't say he didnt know about it because they have his jail recording with Lori where they are clearly having a conversation about the search warrant that would lead to the poor babies bodies.

I agree and I believe he was trying to force Melanie to claim Lori as a sister from another mother so to speak so he can later claim she is lying about Chad to help Lori, like she would do anything for her the same way Alex would. I suggest he THINKS he knows what he is doing. His aggressive hostility (often over inconsequential matters) alienates the witnesses, thereby, offering up less to him. In other words, his viciousness has great potential to shoot his client in the foot. He knows his client is cloaked in guilt and that this case is going to a criminal hearing. So he's using his time, not to defend his client in the preliminary hearing, but to glean evidence to defend him in the criminal hearing, thereby fattening up his bank account.

It sounds to me that Mr. Prior got his facts confused on who had an auditory issue. He kept pressing Melanie on whether or not she had been diagnosed with a problem as if she would've had a hearing problem or diagnosis without her own knowledge of it. Clearly, David is the person who had a hearing problem. He has made a few statements that made it appear that he was unprepared, incompetent and mixing up facts between each witness. Plus he kept asking the same questions over and over, spending so much time on a single question, and even confusing a bunch of things making it difficult to even understand what he was asking the witnesses causing everyone else to be confused on what the hell he was doing. He may have been doing it on purpose to confuse the witnesses but to me it just made him sound completely ignorant.

The jury members are not going to like Prior at all - he gives off a very arrogant vibe - just like Chad - their dislike for him will be detrimental to Chad - could that be grounds for a mistrial?? Who it was that went through all of her friends and relatives and issued judgements upon them, telling her, her own children were this or that level of dark zombies. Let's not forget who came up with, and taught her and Alex the protocol for dealing with said "zombies". Lori didn't come up with that. Chad did. That was his introduction to these people.

The defense could counter David hearing it saying he is hearing impaired. But we will hear more about it from Melanie at the full trial. And defense wont be able to argue that the ‘zombie’ accusation has never been raised before because David did refer to Lori saying it. Harrison Ford will kill someone with his plane to me it just made him sound like a gigantic ableist douche. He might not want to do that in front of a jury that has friends and family of any disabled people, or a jury that has disabled people on it. I don’t know why able bodied people think this kind of joking or shaming is okay, but I often don’t understand the things able bodied folk do. 🤷🏻‍♂️

A child such as JJ with autism wouldn’t like a person as Alex if he was ever mean to him even once, that I know of autism. So if Mr Warwick said it seemed that Alex was taking care of JJ and played with him...I’d say that Alex was never mean to JJ in the past, and so why would Alex be mean to him at all then. Usually once an autism child don’t like you, they won’t ever. My 7yr old grandson with autism don’t like my husband because he’s loud, and he’ll tune out people he don’t like, as if they’re not there...just as JJ had done Mr Warwick.
@Avocadogreen31521
@Avocadogreen31521 4 жыл бұрын
I think Mr Warwick I'd just not a type to "get down " and empathize , especially at first with people. My experience with working with autistic children demanded that much of me . The man had only met him once. Plus, necessity dictates . Alex became the only male in JJs life after his uncle (Dad) was killed, the only other adult besides Lori, in fact since she hid him from his real grandparents.
@JaimeMesChiens
@JaimeMesChiens 4 жыл бұрын
If you’ve met one person with autism, you’ve met one person. Every autistic person is different. No matter how rationalised, these two children were murdered, and they didn’t murder, cover with duct tape, dismember, incinerate, bury themselves. Since Mr Warwick is not a suspect for the murder of JJ, I don’t see how JJ’s response to him matters. It’s dirtying the proceedings with a red herring.

And how could you NOT have "a relationship" with your best-sister-friend's DAUGHTER?? Lori Vallow found THE PERFECT PERSON to help cover their plans. It's all in his tone in that recording. Would anyone whose property was being searched by law enforcement sound so worried and desperately morbid if they knew there was nothing to find?!! He said 2 or 3 times: "They're searching, so...." In the "so" I kinda hear "so" it's the end of the road... For me, it would be 'They're searching and good luck to them. They're nothing to find here!' She asked: "Shall I call you later?" Why hesitate and say "I don't know. You can try. I'll answer if I can." Maybe because he knew the remains would be found and his arrest was imminent; so he might not be able to take her call? Who on earth has human remains buried on their property and know nothing about it?! And that phone call to his lover on the day of the search leaves kind of a 'elephant in the room' question mark. How could they have not known her children's whereabouts during that phone call? I recall many years ago being a total basket case because for about 20 mins I couldn't find my children during a family outing! They'd gone where they were not supposed to and I so clearly recall how panic stricken I was until I found them. Lori, on the other hand wants to know what she can do for Chad as his property is being searched. There's no 'but where are my children?!!' like any good mother would be desperate to know.
