Chad got why CVV is so good and why I think he is one of the best, if not the best, interviewer of our current time. The last interview with Shelton was a masterclass in sensitivity, going around touchy stuff of the guest with care and consideration, not pushing the buttons to get juicy bits, but also being able to direct and move the conversation forward or to a different direction. To be able to do that, you have to 1) be a well built person with moral and ethic, 2) be laser focus on taking care of your guests, 3) listen...truly listen and 4) have an absolute huge knowledge about the business and the human in front of you. I was a fan of CVV, but that Sheldon interview, for me, just showed how hugely talented CVV is. That was a hard cookie. I think Shelton is not in a good place right now (I see a lot of what he is going through in what I am going through) and CVV was amazing and gave a masterclass on how to conduct an interview in bad weather. I won´t say you are blessed CVV, because I think it is a disservice to the hard work you have been putting to get to this level of mastery. I applaud the effort, grit and belief you have. And I applaud that in a world of clickbait you can show that there is a different and better way of doing things. Thanks!
