This podcast made me smile. I find myself with a very like mindedness of you two as far as setting and achieving goals. I've got some things I am working on, this video helped to reassure me so I know I'm on the right track. Awesome podcast guys!

S.M.A.R.T! Timely video for me. Thanks, fellas. Chad hit the x-ring by breaking down the "failure modes." Root cause analysis is critical to continuous improvement.

goal setting is VERY important. Great podcast! I really enjoy the MtoM casts gets into the cerebral aspects of shooting. When going to a wrestling camp in high school they taught the importance of goal setting and visualization affirmations. I went from a 0-9 wrestler to a 9-0 wrestler. Dave Schults 1984 gold medal Olympian was the keynote coach, he taught the importance of goals and affirmations.

Excellent info. I'm still trying to catch up with all of these. I got through quite a few, got busy and fell behind, working back to catch up again, lol. I do appreciate these PRS guys you have interviewed, I am catching all of them and it helps me with knowing what I need to focus on as I'm getting started. Loading up to go out and test my first few charge weights of my own ammo, trying to get my own PRS load worked up over the winter here so I'll be ready for the rest of the local season I'm doing. In other news, I got that video approved that was "removed" by KZbin. I should have looked into it more a while ago, lol. I just went through their process and explained it was not manufacturing anything, just bolting together commercially available items. Thought you might want to know! I hope you and the whole Cortina Precision crew have an awesome 2024!! I need to get with you guys soon and talk about your mandrel die. I might want to add that to my gear this year. I'll email when I'm closer to ready for it! Thank you, Erick!

Great video! Chad, don't forget that you have directly improved the abilities of the US team. You are part of the reason why they are so good.

Great video! As a guitar teacher and seasoned player, I can tell you I have had to work for that ability to play well. I also love precision long-range, and I believe it all takes a drive to work for it. Some have it, and some don't. Natural ability with only take you so far.

I think .005 at 1000 yds is like 1.8" but not 100% . ( .005 refers to inches/ 1000 refers to yards) 5" just sounds like a lot but not sure which formula to use.
