The difference between Jimmy G and other non-Brady Qb's for patriots is this simple: Brady= Super Bowl Other Pats QB's playoffs at best Cassel for example. Brady will get you that super bowl while on the other hand Cassel playoff. Bill is a genius also so for me as a pats fan 50-50% for both bill and Tom . Enjoy your day ..

Sheehab Zaman I said don't be foolish not you are foolish. Cassell played just as well as Brady did the years they got the Superbowl. I never implied that the Patriots are a perfect team. But they definitely were the better team both Superbowls they lost. That's besides the point. The point is that Belichick is why they are so good. If your really want to get into things you would know the Brady throws the ball short foot like 65% of his passes and the receivers do the rest of the work. Belichick has made it so that the Pats can succeed no matter what.

Well, no team ever wins a Super Bowl with chitty coaching. That's a given. The coach is responsible for making decisions on both sides of the ball and on special teams. The role of the QB is just limited to the offense. So, it's common sense that the coach is always more important because the coach has far more decisions to make that impact the game. Not only that, in New England, Belichick is also the acting GM, so he's also responsible for personnel decisions as well.

Rams: Legacy is coming You obviously need a coach. Brady isn't gonna coach the other players into learning how to play football. But "winning" is so subjective. Winning 9 games is considered a winning season. And if say Bill isn't the coach, and someone like say Josh McDaniels is coach, with Brady they'll win at least 10 games, but won't win the Super Bowl. Without Brady and with Jimmy, Belichick could win 10 games, but won't win the Super Bowl. And yes, the Coach is the head of the team, so obviously without a good coach no team can win games. But without Brady, Belichick will still have a boat named 2 rings.
