This show shows how black men can sit down disagree about something and still show love for each other. I hope other young black men can watch back episodes and learn how to communicate, grow financially, get mad because its human nature but also learn how to let anger go without hurting or killing someone. These shows could be a catalyst in stopping black on black crime. Love your topics and keep up the good work

Seeing that Sha'Carri was supposed to be on this show, this would've been HUGE for her to be on this show, with former elite athletes. But she would've had to have shown the maturity to take constructive criticism, and be able to talk about it on all sides. Sha'Carri definitely needs to hear REAL LIVE conversation like this from athletes outside of her team. Even if they have to do a female version of this with Serena Williams, Allyson Felix, Candace Parker, and Simone Biles.

You can support someone AND hold them accountable at the same time; the two aren’t mutually exclusive. Supporting her doesn’t mean we turn a blind eye to her CHOICE to smoke weed even though she knew the rules nor does it mean we ignore how horrible she did coming in last place in her return to the track. Holding her accountable for those things IS support. She doesn’t have to change who she is at her core but she does have to realize what all comes with the platform and operate accordingly.

Exactly, if they knew about track or had a track athlete on the show they would know that since her failed test, her time has been slower. Now Chad, you know damn well that the measure for Olympic athletes is medals and championships wins. Some of these guys win at juniors, U20 before the pro level. Fred and Channing are right on this one. Keep the personality but back it up with quality performance and sportsmanship

As. Jamaican woman I'm amazed that Chad downplays the work others have done to make it to the Olympics and medals. Ms. Richardson might be an American star but she's not the international superstar that the American public has built her up to be. She has been disrespectful too the Jamaican athletes before, during and after the Olympics. We each rep our countries but mutual respect is due. You never saw or heard Usain Bolt disrespect other competitors. As we say here "She have nuff chat and can't defend that. Incidentally 19 year old Brianna Williams joined our gold, silver and bronze medallists in the 100 Elaine, Shellyanne and Sherika at the Olympics to win the 4x100 relay. At 21 Shellyann Fraser Pryce had already won her first Olympic Gold medal. Don't forget the World Championships that will soon roll around. 🇯🇲 Jamaica. .

First, I think there’s a disadvantage in this conversation for track& field. There should’ve been a pro track athlete on the show. Second, track shape and competition shape is completely different. Track is different then every sport because as soon as you stop for a week your legs go back to normal. When your body is used to running at that speed your muscles will adapt to that and allow you to maintain that competition speed. Every other sport is trained on certain moves to counter act your opponent, track is a singular sport. You have to Continue to sprint at a certain speed and if you stop you’ll basically go back to being a normal human. You’ll still be in track shape but competition speed is gone. You won’t get it unless you ran track and really ran and won. You gotta love it to win it. Post collegiate sprinter,
