Dwarfs declaring war on dwarfs is generally grudge as fuck. If any clan tried that it would be, like, immediately targeted by any other dwarf clan as absolute abomination that needs to be wiped out right fucking now. There is such a small number of dwarfs, with great number of them being suicidal maniacs because they couldn't keep up with highly perfectionist expectations of their race, or even themselves, that going to a war with other dwarfs is Grudgin Ultimate.

Worst part for the depth guard is that it appears inspired on the 16th century gothic style armour, which is regarded as 1 of the 2 best metal armor styles ever. With only competition for it being the 16th century italian equivalent. The greatswords however are in late 14th, early 15th century breastplates which are good, but aren't near the masterpieces the depth guard is wearing. The only thing that could explain this is if the depth guards armor is secretly rusted away, but I find it a sad excuse. Just by looks they deserve to get an armour boost to 120. And as depth guard is a meme for underperforming at the minute, I don't think a small buff like that would risk them becoming gamebreaking.

to be fair, what little armor the greatswords have is dwarf forged and of the highest quality, sometimes even enchanted. For all we know depth guard plate could be shoddily hammered together by zombies, or maybe luthor does it and 90 is an average depending on which personality forges the suit.
