15:27 is the time in the video and it is about heat and calorimetry ok. Sir the question is that when we have a phase change in liquid water into a gas at 100 degree celceus T then sir the temperature of water doesn't change until all the water is converted into gas because you said that at phase change adding heat does not change the temperature of the substance it simply breaks the IMFs in water until all of it is converted into a gas? And the temperature of water remain 100 degree celceus until all of it is converted into gas?

If you have gaseous and liquid water present together in a closed container in equilibrium, then as you boil the water, both the liquid and gaseous water will maintain a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius until all of the water is vaporized. But once all the water is in the gaseous phase, the addition of more heat will now cause a rise in the temperature of the gaseous water. Hope this helps!
