I go to novelty 1 a year and it’s amazing it’s where my grandma and grandpa live it’s super nice and we go to some wineries and restaurants and my mom grew up in novelty Im leaving for novelty in like less then a week

@@spencerkalsbeek its like 30 mins away but its called the debonné vineyards it’s in lake county. Its a small drive but it’s super cool. Me and my grandpa alway went and played bocci ball. The food is great. And funny story we were exploring the building and we opened a door and thare was a fake skeleton lol. In the beer place idr what it’s called you can see where they brew the beer it’s a glass cut out in the floor. And too add on to great places manga manga is a amazing Italian restaurant

That's a great Italian restaurant my friends go there all the time! You can actually get a decent amount of food for the money haha. I've driving through a few vineyard areas up in lake county, its really beautiful up there! I'll have to check out Debonne

@@spencerkalsbeek ya man hope you like the winery ( I don’t know how the wine is under 21 lol). I’m in novelty rn haha. actually been here for about two weeks (we could not make it to the winery. We might go but probably not) now sadly leaving in two days. but it’s been super fun. Going to west woods and the commons and mangas. It’s amazing up here might move up after high school lol.

Did we already say this is Tim Conway’s home town! The population was about 1k when he grew up there.

We own a commercial cleaning company and had a few properties we had to clean in Warren and the guy who owns them moved there and bought a really nice home back in this cool neighborhood across from a private school. A really good man and his home he was slowly working on is beautiful and I’m grateful we had the chance to clean it for him.

ehh, kind of, its pretty tough. You mean for buying rental properties, or for renting them yourself? There's a few that come up but we usually have a waiting list for affordable rentals
