Hello sir, you are talking is true. Good work. I wish this should reach many and bring change. But, parenting is a very tough job, but an excellent job. I had a 3 year old kid. We learn much while growing them up.

Nice bro One point is parents also indulging into children's married life.... A boy's family wants a girl to come there family and respect their family but it doesn't apply to boy in this society , if a boy cares for girls family with his family too it's a crime in our society, a boy must only take care of his only family but a girl can't care of there family if once marriage is doing . This is our society... Please educat your children girl or boy after marriage you have equal responsibility to take of both the families.....

Hey Ajay, interesting pods👍 I do have a question...how do you explain the concept of sharing to kids. We teach them to share their toys and stuff with other kids even when they don't want to...yet...as adults, we have our own reservations sharing our brand new BMW or iPhones. How do you explain the difference? Appreciate your views on the topic 👍

1st one work division 2nd one administration annav, So a good administrator eppudu ee work valla vaadiki em use vuntundo chepthadu, and future ni chupisthadu aa work tho either based on money or skills, because they know, that everyone would work either for development or money aa rendu lekapothe evadu Pani cheyadu.... 2nd one parenting annav Let's take my parents as an example... Nuvvu cheppina prathi point Naa life lo kuda jarigindi, and anthe twaraga daniki counter ivvadam nerchukonna... 1. Unhealthy comparisions annav kadha ee competitive world lo each and every aspect lo ee comparison vuntundi, you can't avoid it, but you can mask it, by showing the betterment of yourselves dayby day ani ardam, so when parents are trying to compare with others, then show your betterment day by day, and adhe vallu expect chesedi nee nunchi, nuvvemi okkarojulo Ambani or billgates o avvalani vallu korukoru... Olden days lo education ki proper resources levu, adhi valla badha, and ippudu vunna resources ni ela intelligent ga use cheyalo chala mandiki(both parents and children ki) telidu. Abuse cheyakudadhu, vatiki i also accept ani cheppa Inkokati parents ante bayam pettakudadhu annav, nijame vallu aa Pani nunchi observe chesedi, nuvvu aa bayanii ela overcome chesthav ani chustharu ninnu nuvvu ela express chesukontunnav ani chustharu..10 years kadhu bro 20 -25 years ki friend avvali, because appude idiotic behaviour nunchi mature person ga transform ayye stage adhi.. neeku appude telusthundi, evariki eppudu ekkada no or yes cheppali ani, nenu ila transform ayyanu kabatte, i can communicate with anyone freely.. vallu expect chesedi kuda adhe how to understand and communicate with others in a best possible way... Relatives criticism: ila chesedi just to show us that no one's life is perfect, and being yourself is much more important than criticism, ila annitini face chesthe ne, you will achieve what you want. Everyone will try to pelt stones on us, with that, how can build your empire was only matters... Parents eppudu valla child ni most handsome lane chustharu, but adhi express chese way different anthe.. Sexual abuse annav, even i also accept it, nijam ga alanti vaatini vere la deal cheyali... Selfish wishes annav, adhi mostly parents manam edaina wrong track lo velthunnam ani anipichinnapudu use chese dialogues, as their child, your responsibility to show your capabilities adhe vallu chusedi.. Privacy annav kadha, freedom teesukonnadu eppudu privacy korukodu, nuvvu important matters Anni vallatho communicate chesthe then definitely they'll give privacy Career annav ga, parents observe chesedi nuvvu nee goal Pina entha focused ga vunnav ani test chestharu, and edaina okati achieve cheyali ante 2 things necessary 1. What's your target (aim) and 2. Why you are doing it (Driven force) ee 2 things vunte ne valla aim ni vallu fulfill chesukontaru Maa nanna chala times chala matters lo Naa maata pi naa strengths ni check chesaru, chesthuntaru... Ex: Maa inti ni renovate chestha Naa salary tho ani chepa, 2 months back but every month Naa salary loan clear cheyadaniki adigaru, and nenu ichesa, apppude kani naaku ardam kaledu, maa nanna voice, inorder to test how much I stick to my words ani, and i failed continuously, nenu kontha nandhi mundhu mostly lose avvadaniki prefer chestha, because they're everything to me... Caste, and religious beliefs annav kadha idi oka orthodox trend, Dani pi Naku chala doubts vunnayi... So finally nuvvu cheppina most of the incidents maa intlo jariginave, but annitini break chesi maa vallatho communicate chesanu... Parents enduku ilane chestharu/vuntaru Ane vishayam kontha mandiki telsusu, and kontha mandiki telidu anduke communication barrier form ayyiindi parents ki children ki So as a child it's our responsibility to break that barrier... Bro nee voice completely wrong and Naa voice completely right ani nenu anatledu, it's just a perceptional differences Neeku M letter image perception lo problem vunte just turn it, to Become W... That's it, parenting kuda adhe... It's all about perceptional differences because of communication barrier....

@@ssshariharirao I kinda support ajay’s argument after looking at your argument. Meru cheppinattu good administration anedhi good future and money chupinchina it’s still very tough to make people work for you/company, yendhukante adhi vadi company kadu and vadiki 9-5 varake important.. tarvatha nunchi nuvu yentha money echina complaining and nagging batch untaru… alantappudu pani cheyinchadam inka kashtam… cause i’m in a managerial position i can perfectly relate to it, just like us all the team leaders or directors face lot of consequences, scenarios, being accountable for the team mishaps and a lot of shit in a day even though you have a passionate team (having a passionate team is near impossible these days) so that’s one thing that i agree with ajay when he said pani cheyinchadam is kashtamaina pani ani… inka parenting antava Being a senior and seen my friends and there struggle to unlearn all the toxic traits they learnt by the way they brought up… i can see what ajay is trying to say, i’m glad that you’ve got parents who listens to you and you understand them and communicate with them.. but that’s not the case with everyone.. you say unhealthy comparisons, relatives crticism, selfish wishes all these prepare for the competitive world and make you strong.. but bro one needs to remember these things can make you or break you… such things bring pain, and pain can bring up a hero or a villain… just cause there’s a probability of bringing up a hero by giving him hardship in life.. you can’t do that! who knows if he turns up like a bad bullying and offensive guy with these negative things… as it was said in the pod 80% of the serial killers, psychopaths, domestic violence offenders had bad parenting while they where growing up.. I would choose not to take that chance and not to do these things.. nuvu chepinattu pillalaki parents ante bayam petti ah bayyani yela overcome chesthado chudadam or future lo bayam ne face cheyadaniki prepare chesthunna ani anukodam chala thappu… giving them the confidence by being positive, being appreciative and letting them know freedom comes with responsibility is what needed, not the other way around! discipline ga pillalni pettali but not like that (pod lo adhi kuda unnatundhi) and coming to privacy… as in the podcast example used… 29 years vachaka kuda pillalaki privacy evvakunda if you need your parents to restrict you and look after you ante inka you’re preparing your kid to be always dependent on the other individual.. i have my female friends who are facing such situations and feel restricted… if you really want them to be strong let them face life with freedom and just let them know that you’re going to be there for them whenever they need your guidance! and 20-25 ki friends la undali antunnav adhi mana 90’s kids ki bhayya we where like kids untill college cause of lack of information… but gen z vallaki ala kadu 16-18 ke entrepreneurs avthunnaru and goal oriented ga steps thiskuntunnaru actors avthunnaru and what not.. manaki 20 years ki unna maturity villaki age of 13-14 ke untundhi… edhi kuda pod lo include chesaru.. andhuke be friendly with them after 10-13 age anedhe logic.. they are no more kids after that age.. pod lo chivarlo thanu chepinattu pillalni yela penchali anedhi (PARENTING TO DO LIST) spotify and google podcast lo pettindhi kuda nuvu vini unte what he was trying to say inka baga ardam ayyedhi ani na feeling!! do listen to it! nenu nuvu thappu anatledhu.. nuvu ne parents ne chusav manchiga perigav nerchukunnav.. but nenu nekanna vayasu lo pedhavadini kabatti knchm prapancham chusanu…na parents dhi matrame kadu chuttu unna vallavi kuda chusanu.. so andhuke chepthunna.. nuvu cheppinadhnatlo communicate cheyadam important annav chudu adhi matram definetly correct. adhe ajay bhayya kuda cheppadu migithavi doesn’t make much sense atleast for this time and age!

Bro it's all about perceptional differences ani cheppa kadha, adhi kastha communication barrier valla chala misinterpretation ki dariteestundi... Evadu work vurike cheyaru bro, kontha mandiki extra money ivvali or kontha mandiki moral support ivvali or inkonthamandiki both money and support ivvali, ikkada leading ante, team mate work chestunte leaders chill avvatam kadhu, leaders kuda responsibility teesukovali, and team leaders ante dhoni, Ganguly la vundali. Nee team/dearest ki edaina bad things jaragutundi ante mundu ninnu datali le ani antha trust ni create cheyali, adhe akkada miss avutundi, okavela meeru Mee best ichunte, definitely miscommunication, and as a team lead ga miscommunication ni correct cheyalsindi Mee responsibility ne bro...
