I discovered this channel after I got my B1/B2 approved. Funny story though. I got rejected when I first applied for the visa. And I committed all the mistakes that you guys usually tall about. (not giving enough information right away, not being proactive etc) I applied again and did my research this time and thankfully got approved. Wish I had discovered this channel sooner though. Since I would have been able to go to the US in December for a convention.

My daughter was denied a student visa where she was given a financial aid with out asking us she just asked me who Will pay the balance I replied it me the mother business woman and also have rentals that can pay the balance and take care of some the necessities for my daughter. I had everything with me insited she looked at the computer and gave us a paper and told us go read that paper to show you why you're denied.

Been refused a b1b2 3 times on a 214b, would getting married and applying for a H4 be more successful. I have my own nail salon I work from home and I have 2 kids. My fiance is a H2A worker. Would love to visit him. How can I Improve my next application?I tried with myvlast application to visit without the kids so they are a stronger tie in South Africa. I even had a full legit itinary with legit bookings. Yet I was denied again in a 214b.

Centre and also consultant cooperate organization and individuals young and old and although l am not married but l have family , and have 5 employees and sisters and aged grand mother and also have land property. So how do l really convince them, bcos l am not married, after l have been refused twice in the time past, please advise me

as to Trump, my friends had a smooth Greencard application, they received their GC, 6 months after filing during the long Obama period, as well as those who got through with their citizenships before Trump..after Trump won, as expected GC release waits and citizenship wait times tripled for each...and went back smoothly again during Biden's so you can tell Trump most likely interferes with the USCIS.

My name is Touria and I’m Moroccan. I’m married to an American man . He’s already filled I-130 petition for me. That’s already been approved and I then submitted my D-260 along with all the required documents and we are now waiting to hear from the NVC regarding the interview. Now I applied for a DS160 form and was wondering if this would be okey or would any of the two applications affect the other? 2nd question, I put in my trip plan question (in the DS160), 3 months as the period I’m planning to stay in the USA(to be with my husband and also to meet my in-laws and spend time with them). Is that okey?
