Knots or Braided ropes are a very deep mystical practice with all Cultures. All are in common. Watching u do this strangely helped me realize a profound conclusion. I know it might sound weird. Celtic knots or Chinese line patterns are the same and reflect the cycles of life. Africans used braided rope to tell time and so on. And it's believed bad spirits can get trapped in the endless pathways of complex design based on a simple weave. Even the DNA strand is like this right? I realized Braiding is a sacred Art not just Arts and Crafts. Celtic knots were real ropes, not just a drawing.
