Hi Lindsay.....which gauge system do you mean? 18SWG or 18AWG? Anything you normally use for dragonscale will work with this design. Deb

I would like to know how to make clean cuts on the wire.

Maxter we saw cut our ring which is why the ends are smooth. We don't use clippers or cutters which give more of a pinched look. HTH Deb
