Seems like you did a lot more play edits in this one as well. I guess because there was so much more camera editing work for in person games, you had more time to look at card highlight edits as well? Very clean. Really enjoyed it.

With a spelltable game the audio and visuals are all on one track so its hard to split things up. With this type of setup we have audio segregated from three different cameras so it allows alot more customization.

Nice game. Around the 30 minute mark, Shroud makes equipment fall off, so once he equips the greaves, it makes the swords unequip.

Protection from Artifacts is the only thing that makes them “fall off.” shroud just means it can’t be targeted thereafter.

Chainer has Pseaudo haste when cast from the command zone. So spencer could have aatacked with him any time he cast him. Nice Game though, in person gameplayis making a come back :D

Like other people said, the small animations, focus on card abilities, etc all help the game be easier to follow. I'm sure it's a lot of work but its appreciated! Just out of curiosity, why were mana dorks banned for this series? (And I assume those are for mana rocks and not mana elves, etc?)

Early on in our league even before we started recording we had achievements you could earn in and outside of the game. These achievements earned the players points and they could turn the points in for booster boxes and other prizes. As we grew as a channel they made less and less sense as most viewers didn’t really know about or care about these achievements. So I slowly started fading them out. I’m season three one of the achievements for that month was not not use any mana dorks. It was an optional achievement so some did it and some didnt. We don’t have achievements anymore but it as an interesting experiment.

My favorite part of the video included the surprise ending of Carlos top decking his win condition, even though it seemed like the person sitting next to him was so close to closing the game. I thoroughly appreciated seeing how even though mistakes can be made from all players, it doesn’t ruin the outcome of the game overall. Everyone still seemed to enjoy their game time and the viewers got to see everything in real time! This was as close as I have gotten to a true MTG podcast where you not only play, but you have a conversation about the cards as well while you’re playing… it was almost as if we (the viewers) were in an LCS as spectators watching this game unfold. Cudos Kingdoms… I admire the content.

I know it looks like I used it to create a mana, but it actually was used to convoke. So the convoke allows you to tap the creature to reduce the cost by one. Sorry for the confusion!

Maybe I get the storm rule wrong, but I think that storm spells does not count itself, so if you cast only Aeve in a turn, and nothing more before (like on minute 29:15), it won't create any copies, right?

Great game, never see a chainer do well tho and it hurts. I take it personally now. You're not doing yourself any favours btw with the card animations, it's extra work for the editor and they're weak and ineffective without sound or any extra animation. Either cut the extra workload out or commit to doing it well. Otherwise, excellent stuff.
