'File slide', can occur if bit of oil gets on the file or surface of what you are cutting, even the oil from your hands or fingers is enough to cause this, (or a hard spot in the guide bar), thanks for the video, you gained another subscriber.

On a very worn bar a bur develops on the side of the edges, and makes the edge of the bar nearly as wide as the chain and causes hangup in the cut. It is easiest to see at the powerhead end of the bar. Filing this off can make a big difference.
