My Husqvarna 61 is a 1992 model and it looks just like yours and runs absolutely great! I like my 30 year old 61 better than my brand new Husqvarna 460 Rancher also a 60cc class chainsaw. I ran the 460 Rancher today exclusively because I put a brand new Oregon skip chain on it to see how it compares with my 61 with the skip chain. Both are nice! The 61 has a bit bigger gas tank though than my 460. I will put a video of today's firewood in the near future. I am running behind on editing. Too many things going on now. Ha ha! I really enjoy your videos! I don't know of any others on KZbin with a Husqvarna 61. Fun to watch. Steve in Oregon

I own a 1986 Husqvarna 61, love it. Works like champ and starts second pull. It's almost as old as I am.

Fun comparison. I have several saw also but use my ported 661 most of the time. Just put various different bar lengths depending on log size. From 24" to 54" bar length.

Nicely done. I have a newer 460 and it’s funny how it’s like having 2 saws. What I mean is it came with a 24 inch bar and it does ok for what it is. But boy it changed when I put an 18 inch bar on it. Balance is better and for a non pro saw it really does nicely. So freaking cheap too. Any how great job thanks for the content! Have a great day
