Let me just for the ms180c version of the saw that I live in the mountains and that chainsaw has racked hours of non stop use. I work my land and for many others who are older and can’t upkeep their land anymore. It is life changing to have a saw that starts right up easily no matter what. No matter where. I don’t even pull it hard or fast at all. Just ignites. Reliable. Sharp. Lightweight and powerful for its size. Works the wood just right 😂

I bought an MS180C because I injured my shoulder and couldn't saw a regular saw for over a year. The easy-start feature is pretty cool, once you're used to it. Never drop start it, because you'll probably end up damaging the mechanism eventually.

I hear ya on the easy start. It’s pretty neat. I always say pull it like you’re open a heavy door. Pull don’t rip

I cut wood a lot and I used my dad friends 180c and I did not know it was a easy start and pulled fast and was so confused on why it stoped so fast
