Spoiler Makima becomes one of the best waifus to the most unlikable evil bitch in the span of a single chapter in the manga. She's actually the main antagonist of the first part of the manga. Denji finally kills her around chapter 90.

MAPPA Absolutely killing it this was my favourite episode yet they perfectly adapted the bat devil fight. Also best girl Powers motivations are completely understandable I would have done the same for my cat.

If the story up to here is about a 7/10,right from here onits gonna be a 12/10. promise. no spoilers. manga readers so exicted rn. CSM is one of the best written manga in recent years, even make my top 10 and im an experienced manga reader whos read hundreds of manga. We are still in the introduction phase, the story from now on is gonna turn up non stop like insane

In this particular case i don't think it is about the body. The way i see it is like you call a private exterminator to kill an infestation of rats in your house but before they arrive another exterminator from the government comes unrequested and kills the rats. Result: the first exterminator lost a job and doesn't get paid. Basically they just stole a job from a private business but realistically i'd expect it to be punished with a fine rather than arrest

@@stewart1555 Some devils have bodies with useful or dangerous properties, so naturally the possession of corpses is regulated and tracked. That’s why Denji was so useful to the Yakuza. Like, just think about the Tomato Devil even, it’s a big toothy monster that can rapidly self-propagate through seeds, and its dead body can do the same. This is a world where people can literally make pacts with devils and possession of corpses by the same is a fact of life. Some ultra-rich weirdo probably wants that Tomato devil as an exotic monstrous pet or some tinpot dictator thinks they can use it for a personal, self-replicating army.
