This is only works for a few sharpens. Eventually you will need to file down the depth gauge as well as the cutter. The dremel doesn't do depth gauges so you'll need to find another method.

Get a flat file and do the rakers

You are correct, this is just a basic sharpening method, only good for a few sharpens
