Every android deck I've ever bought dislikes the cold and they don't always like to power on when it's cold out, I'd like to know how this unit does in cold climates. I'm very interested in this upgrade.

hello thank you for the video. Do you know if this unit will work with the NavTv Unit I have installed with my current factory head unit? Everything else in my 2018 F150 B&O system truck is aftermarket.

This question is really for anyone on here that could possibly answer it. I installed this 14.4 Autotec screen in my 2018 F150 in April of 2024. It’s been working fine until yesterday morning. The screen is blank and the WiFi on my phone is not recognizing the head unit. I live on the East Coast and the temps have been in the teens at night and not even hitting freezing for a high. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

This video's title is misleading. This shows setting up with a C-wire, it just wasn't used with the old t-stat. People looking for this are looking for solutions where there *REALLY* is no C-wire. Re-title the video!!!

It's easier to flush it from the outside first, as it clogs from the inside HVAC unit to the outside ; so you want to clear the blockage slowly ; not by using force. Using your method, you also risk blowing the attic pipes apart somewhere along the run in the attic by forcing too much pressure down a clogged pipe (especially if pipes are not glued and just pushed together); which will result in flooding the attic ; and then causing drywall damage.

A quick tip, if I may, for your situation where the wire is not stiff enough and you only have about 5-8” to go through, you can use a metal coat hanger that you can straighten out and tape your wire to. You can push it through from the inside provided you have already drilled the hole and there’s no obstruction.
