Guess no matter where you are people take your belongings . Bought my Dad $ 195 electric razor for his 96 Birthday at the Hospital . Went back to visit him at it was gone . Was caring for my Mom and Dad in there own home and the caretaker took my grandfathers ring with a garnet ( my birthstone ) to remember my grandfather who gave it to my father who was to give it to me - taken from us .

Use your impact driver with a hex screw. They can't steal the traps. Unless they chop the chain or screw off

Put a message on the radio and the news paper in your area tell the person that you have them on your camera taking your stuff and if they just put the stuff back on your trail you won't get the police involved

Sad that you can't trust the people in your community to not take what they have no right to. The plus side is that some one knows, they might talk to the wrong person, and you could track down the guilty party. I f they did it to you, odds are they have done it to someone else. They need to be stopped and made to make recompense.
