So proud of your sobriety and clear lungs!! I was a teenage alcoholic and quit when I was 19, when I had a vision of myself dying after drinking so much that I vomited blood. I never looked back, and, honestly never missed it. My proudest moment was finding out my son tried drinking once and got sick and has never drank again. He's 26, expecting my first grandchild, a boy and will be a great father and example for his son. My dad didn't drink, and gave me a great example, but I strayed because all my cousins drank and partied. I'm leaving a family heritage of sobriety for my grandson to be.

FWIW, I always have best trapping luck at the beginning of the season (10 Nov) and after the days start getting longer again in late Jan/Feb. That's when lynx start traveling to look for mates in Alaska... since we're neighbors.
