My cinch hobble connector strap came with a quick connector clasp on one end of the leather connector...and then no buckle or anything on the other end... I'm super confused how this is supposed to work without a buckle..any ideas right off hand??

Any tips on how to keep my back cinch from sliding forward? I keep catching my spur in it on the right side. The left side is good but on the right I keep getting caught in the buckle. I adjusted the right side so now I only catch leather but I can’t use my spur after
