I’m glad you emphasized the deltoids and outer lats I really feel these are often overlooked.👍🏾

I have never had a chair massage like that! I usually leave feeling underwhelmed. Your techniques look so amazing, Spencer! Very relaxing.
@WolfBandit895 жыл бұрын
Peter Courtien this is standard techniques, i was taught these technique in Massage School. It’s nothing new or old. There can be stretching in cooperated in the chair massage. Few therapist can do it or few are trained.

Oh mate this looks like exactly what i need. That with hot oil would be amazing. I have so much tension in the neck/base of skull area, shoulders and upper back. Im convinced this is the cause of my very loud tinnitus that is literally driving me insane. I have also experience immense immediately relief from compression massage but its very difficult to achieve consistently. I think that working the neck and shoulders whilst sitting is far more beneficial for some. I want to try this. I will ask my therapist was she thinks and if its possible somehow. Thankyou for posting the video.

Thx for sharing hun. This question is for spencer or other Massage therapists . What do you say to your client if they say the massage doesnt seem to helping. . Also this dreaded comment i seemed to have more pain after last massage. . What do you guys say to clients
@WolfBandit895 жыл бұрын
sari taylor im also a massage therapist here too.. So you’re question is “ client says nothing massage doesn’t seem to help? Of course nothing massage won’t work. Lol. Clients who see a licensed massage therapist are coming from pain. Via this is where the massage therapist ask questions and assessments and protocols is at play. In my practice i like my clients to verbally communicate. I wish i had the ability to read minds, we’re not living in a sci-fi film. A well very well trained and experienced LMT will attune into the clients body and get the job. I don’t do pluff and buff massage. I do a lot of Medical Massage, i worked with Chiropractor, Medical Doctors, Nurses, Physical Therapist, we all speak medical terms to each other. I hold my Licenced Massage Therapy and My Medical Massage Pracititioner like a badge.

If your client is in pain after the massage it is one of three things. 1 they are dealing with deep depression. 2 the client is not drinking enough water after the massage treatment. 3 you are working to deep in the tissue too fast. You must flood the area you are working with blood before you work deep tissue. After you work the area you must flush out the area with blood. This feeds the tissue and will keep your client form getting sore.

Yeah this looks so relaxing. Why can't you push directly down on the spine? I've heard that you're not supposed to, but they never explain why
@karens51565 жыл бұрын

DId you ever slide down someone's spine bones? You are supposed to avoid all bones as much as possible when massaging because it doesnt feel good and it doesnt do anything other that hurt you.

I dont like giving chair mas. ANd i cant relate to anyone who, likes receiving one...that stuff is horrible for my own health because most of the moves are done in shitty positions, you have squat, bend, push...its just horrible. And receiving the massage isnt better, your face starts swelling up, your legs go numb after 15 min...i mean..there is literally nothing good about it..
