Thanks for the words of encouragement! It was a ton of work but worth it! I haven't started on the second chair yet, but it's day is coming!

Your video on reupholster a chair was so rewarding. Love how the chair turned out. You asked about the corners of the pillow seat. I think it would look much nicer with corners tucked in. Said this before, loving the grain sack material n you did a fantastic job at keeping the lines straight. I know one thing. If anyone wants to try this you definitely need to invest in a staple gun. Besides a staple gun comes in handy with other projects. Want to take this opportunity to thank you so much in sharing this video with all your viewers. I know it took a lot of your time messing with the camera n all. I really appreciate it so much. I’m so happy when I scrolling on Utube that I checked you out n now I’m a newbie follower LOL. Looking so forward to watching more of your videos. Again Cindy, thank you so much. ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wow, Cindy, amazing transformation! New subbie. For the pillow points you can turn it inside out and put a rubber band on the corner. Gives it a puckering effect. I’ve got a couple of chairs to tackle myself, thanks for the inspiration.

I like the cushion with the corners poking out. It mimics the original cushion for a bit of the chair's story. I wasn't sure I'd like you not using stripes down the back. but now that it's done, I'm really like it. Sorry I wasn't on your live chat Wed. night (church things...Lenten study series), but I knew I was off today and had planned to catch up. You've got me looking at my knitting chair with an eye to reupholstering it this summer....just what I need...another project!!

The decision about which fabric to use partly came from a design choice and the amount of fabric at had on hand. I wanted it to look a bit imperfect and casual. Hopefully you can reupholster that chair of yours!! Thanks for watching and sticking with me😊

If you want to get the burlap trim hairs cleaned up use a lighter run it quickly over the little hairs and it’ll burn them off. It works great.
