I was blessed & fortunate to witness "CHAKA &PATI.on their Sisters of SOUL Tour in the nineties let me tell you folks I walked into the Fox Theater in Atlanta Georgia as CHAKA was wailing " Please Pardon Me You Remind Of A Friend Of Mine. They both were simply fabulous!! To witness CHAKA live on stage blowing,her horn playing her voice wailing, bending notes and excellent musicianship is a wonder to behold in your own skin? This is a fine video thank you for posting it and sharing your kindness with us the "CHAKA HOLICS"

Momma was COOKING on stage... and "taking no prisoners" 'round this time of her career (and her band and BGVs as well)! Bravo, Chaka! 🎤 🎼 🎵!! As a lifelong fan... I still support whatever she has going on in the marketplace today (music, tour dates, merchandise, etc)... for her timeless catalog and performances such as this, which she shared with us so many years ago!

Its a pity these type of shows werent commercially released instead of some less than stellar shows that ended up on vhs and dvd. I saw C.K. many times during the early and mid-90s and she was definately at her peak as a live performer during this time. Thank you for posting. I do believe this is the first show posted on youtube from The Woman I Am tour.

This is a good performance she's on 10 but the first time I saw her in 75 she must have been on 20. She blew the roof off the auditorium all night long. It was sensational and the band was hott.

@sherrygrant317 yeah she's 7 yrs older than me. She turned 39 in March and I turned 32 in that same year of 92. I think that outfit she has on is aging her perhaps. I saw her twice in the 90's. Both were good concerts.
