Whether it was transformed to gospel or not, CHAKA KILLED IT! if ur musically inclined, whether ur a Christian or not, u know that she put her all into this song vocally. I really don’t understand how anyone could dislike this audio. If you watched it live then you know how intimate this performance was. I watched it live and it always stuck with me. She is giving her testimony and that is something we never really heard Chaka do. This rendition is just absolutely unique. You can feel so much of her emotion. She was even hitting ranges that you probably haven’t heard her hit in many years. Yeah we know Chaka can get up there but she just kept pushing the limits. This one is a gem. ❤️

The purpose of the event is to celebrate the Gospel, which is Jesus Christ...Everything sung is to glorify him. She sang this song in a sense to glorify God to let people know she went Through the Fire in the search for God...People, stop being so religious, and closed minded to things. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. When you see things in the flesh meaning the natural, you will have a hard time understanding things in the spirit because God is a Spirit.
