I hate homes on the golf course. You have no idea how many really bad amateur golfers there are that will hit balls into your yard and windows. Plus there is nothing worse than the noise from golf carts.

A certain caliber of people that can afford this home are not concerned about the things the commenters are. This home is not an Entertainment home or designed for the outdoor living type. This is an Executive Home not MTV Cribs, the Individual who buys this is Wealthy not Rich. I do like the house for the design and layout but not a fan of the steps everywhere.

Ok, I really like your videos cus you get into gr8 detail and don’t focus on yourself during filming 👏 .....however, for $6.3m this property is ‘way way’ overpriced ..... @6:39 did you see the quality of grouting around that bath/shower! .....also, no view, privacy compromised by existing properties and another new property to be built at the rear .....worst still this home is actually depressing!

Somebody clearly thought just because there's a brand name, people wouldn't see the lack of care it was build and finished. Combined with the awful spot where it's situated, it's not even worth half.
