I really like Toll Brothers homes you have shown in the past. But this one seems like a bait and switch. The upgrades on top of upgrades and the hoa and the extra costs make this model ridiculously expensive. Besides which you said at the start you may not even be able to duplicate all the features.

I'm coming at this as an Englishman, but honestly I think this is the way to go. Smaller plots will massively reduce cost, as well as improving the quality of amenities available and making the area a lot more walkable. I can see why people would want huge plots with neighbours far away, but zoning laws that promote this have caused an urban sprawl across the US that is neither financially viable or pleasant to live in.

I've been waiting for the homes in the Peak collection! This floor plan was probably the one I was most curious how it would turn out. As always it looks like what I WANT a Vegas house to look like. I think they may have made the kitchen/dining area a bit large compared to the living area on this one. REALLY looking forward to the Boulder. GREAT job on these!

Thank you for the property tour Chakits. I get it... The base price for the home, about $1 million to spec it to your liking, an additional $300k for the backyard and perhaps $50k for the front. I absolutely get it, but what I do not get is the $100k to $1 million for the lot prices. Please help me understand why the developer would ask for these lot prices compared to the homes across the street with lot prices at a fraction of the cost? As I stated before, Toll Brothers is one of the best home builders and you simply cannot go wrong with choosing them.

I love the house, if there's one thing I don't like it would be the access to the Garages. The garage entry way from the street is covered with all rock and landscape. But the house being a model home I kinda understand. But overall I have no complains except for the price.

I love this home with a number of upgrades. The kitchen is beautiful but I would prefer a cook counter top versus an electric stove . The only thing that bothered me about this property is the tankless water heater on the outside. Definitely an eye sore especially for the price of this home.

No. You do not have to seal engineered quartz which is what that looks like it is in the kitchen. The bathroom ones you do because that is quartzite the way it looks.

This home had a few nice elements however the asking price was too much and you have the buy the lot as well that sit dabb smack next to your neighbor no thank you it needs to be more space between the homes for that price they shouldn't be right up on each other.

Pretty, for a convention center or hotel. House- not so much. Horrible curb appeal, looks like the backside of a showroom where you load in & out! I clearly don’t understand the Vegas buyer with their brown houses all piled up on each other behind big cement walls. But I certainly enjoy the tours and I learn a lot. The staging is always phenomenal and these “feature” walls are interesting. This one is a big fat no for me. I’ll have to keep my million in the bank for now! Thanks for the tour tho! ❤️

Great job on the tour as always! The numbers had me confused; thanks for clarifying. I am a Toll Brothers fan, but this one was a HUGE disappointment. You're getting absolutely nothing for the price, and I'm not seeing the logic in presenting upgrades that the buyer can't have. They're getting awfully greedy!
