I really love all the finishes with this home thus far, and I just wanted to ask if it is possible (with future videos), to also give us the new prices of the homes we tour with you as they are (with the finishes that we are seeing) as well. So we not only know the base prices, but the new prices that includes all the bells and whistles we are seeing. I like this builder, and I think they're giving Toll Brothers a run for their money. But c'mon man, this home looks like a million dollar home and I feel like the $600K advertised price-list is a bit misleading. I understand that it clearly states that it's the base price, but if you think about it, we as homebuyers when we choose builders, it's because we want the home they'll build for us to look just (if not better) like the ones we are viewing... You said it yourself, that wine cellar temperature proof glass alone is super expensive. So if you consider that beautiful flooring throughout, the chandeliers, kitchen, bathrooms, my God, we're definitely pushing a million by then for sure! Just a thought...

Maybe not a million, but the upgrades, I estimate would run 200K. We're looking at 800K for the model, I would bet. Chakits did state that the starting price is 591K. Love to see what a base model looks like. For example, a base model at Lyon's Lago Vista looks rather plain. Generally the upgrade list is a tome.

A lot of the time the sales Rep don't have the total price on way it stands. The builders will normally determine the sales price when everything has sold out. Also price changes on a weekly basics.

I am a 70 year old retired builder. I will honestly say, this is the nicest home I have ever had the pleasure of seeing! It has a great curb appeal, and a wow factor upon entering I will never ever forget !! I have built new homes from Minnesota to Tennessee to Oklahoma To the South Pacific building island homes. I would personally love to have this home above all I have built. Wow. Just, wow !!

Nice Home. That is a very smart use of the shower to have the tube in there. I agree that bench was small. I would really like to be a fly on the wall to see what the schmuck was thinking. Also if a bench was to ever be installed it better be made out of cinder block and not wood. Eliminate as much wood as possible from your shower. Some nice tile installed in that home.

That's a very appealing home. I love it. I can't ever see the need for 2 dishwashers though. Just because the drawers are dovetailed doesn't necessarily make them high quality. Check the permanent features carefully before you buy. I have that same chandelier in my foyer as they have there but I have a window above my door and on either side like that. A window in a garage is a bad idea, from a security stand point. Those are the weakest links into your home. If you get a security system make sure your garage windows and door to the outside are wired.

This a real nice home. And this builder seems to really have their s#!t together. The kitchen is pretty spectacular... I personally would want the wine chiller room (I would instead prefer a bar with shelving as I do not drink wine). The fireplace in the great room look fantastic. The master bedroom/bath/closets are very nice. Its a good home... would not want the lot that is so close to overhead wires... but the home is great. Good showing Chakits!

One suggestion for the stand alone tub, in any configuration, is to visualize how one would clean the inside area between the tub and wall. The concept is always attractive, but consider the practical aspect of cleaning or maintenance in the long run.

May i say how fun your vids are! Man, I had a dream last night where I met you and I bought you a coke. Hai Karumba when you first opened the door, WOWOWOWOW!!! That popped my champagne cork. Doesn't coming into a house like this just change your day? Kudos to the dinterior insigner, ahh, the interior designer! (Sorry, still feeling a bit verklempt from that grand entrance!) No wallpaper for me. Hung my own wallpaper one time in an entry way (I was into the British look then, Laura Ashley, etc...), and will never do it again. Moi, faux painting is the way to go. And you don't have to worry about condensation. As to closets, may I be the first to come out of the closet and scream....MEN'S LIB! We finally get the larger closet! What do you want! The larger closet... When do you want it? After we close! The glossy flooring adds bling to the interior, but very well balanced with the other decorating features aka the hard stone around the fireplace. Had it been glossy, it would appear cheap. As to the door from the closet into the laundry, I must disagree. In a house like this, I would very much like to walk through the house to get to the laundry! LOL, Home Porn! I feel like the voyeur.
