Great for sharing Chakka puzhukk. തേങ്ങ വറുത്തിടുന്ന കൂടെ കുറച്ച് ചുവന്നുള്ളി, കറിവേപ്പില, വറ്റൽ മുളക് എന്നിവ കൂടി ചേർക്കാമല്ലോ. അത് ഓരോ servings ലും top ൽ ഇട്ടാൽ ഭംഗി കൂടും, രുചിയും. പിന്നെ ചക്ക വാങ്ങി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മറ്റ് options ഇല്ല, പക്ഷേ വീടുകളിൽ പ്ലാവ് ഉള്ളവർ പുഴുക്കിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യേകം ചക്ക identify ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. വറുക്കാൻ വേറെ അങ്ങിനെ ഒക്കെ. കൂഴ ( പഴം ചക്ക എന്ന് മലബാറിൽ പറയും ) വറുക്കാൻ നല്ലതാണ്. Preparation super. കുറച്ച് ചക്കക്കുരു കൂടി add ചെയ്യാമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് തോന്നി 👍

Just love love love your recipes.......i think I've already commented once before ( you may not be remembering that ) telling how much i wished to see a cooking vlog of yours....want to tell you that all your recipes has got the authenticity to it and kottyam recipe anel it's a fool-proof one for sure.....I'm also from kottayam , living near puthupally and are you also from kottayam ? Precisely where ?.....because you are using all such words that are common among kottayam people....especially vevichathu , pattichathu , vatta meen moda meen and many words and the use of kanthari in your recipe where people go for green chilly for instead ( all of this might be the same or similar in EKM and PTM districts but felt a lot like related to KTM )....and yes your taste of dressing and accessories and your untensils.....that too from a spoon to serving bowl......everything is elegant and classy.....lots and lots of love to your channel and to you......wishing more popularity among YT viewers as this channel deserves the same......God bless .....and a small request for a vlog that shows a kitchen tour and your cooking wares......Thank you❤

Reena, now dried raw Jackfruits are available in the market. You just have to soak it in water and then cook as we do for fresh jackfruit. Try that..many brands are there
