This deck has 56 cards where there is one main card to represent each chakra and the attributes of that chakra and then 7 additional cards that each have the healing affirmation belief message to support the healing and realignment of that chakra with a more positive higher vibrational belief. These cards are really beautiful loaded with healing intent and healing affirmation messages for each chakra. You can also use these cards actually in multiple ways. You can purposely pull the chakra and the affirmation/belief associated with it to further support you when you need it quite purposely. You can also do an oracle card reading as I just did and see what chakras and beliefs come out for you. I love the supportive healing messages and the associated beliefs to affirm for each chakra. It is healing as it supports you for your belief change to further support yourself along the way. It is also very insightful to use-both healing & insightful-this is the healing insight method!

To me it almost felt like mantras that Instill a new thought that activates what the chakra symbolizes. Say for root chakra the belief would be to literally feel more grounded. Or if crown you feel more connected. That in one second you can change your thought or turn a belief around and instill more of the energy that is of that chakra. That’s what I get from it personally.
