Why do I keep seeing a bright white flame pulsing at the bottom of my vision by my nose when I meditate?

Energy my friend. When I play music, most of the time I play with my eyes closed, so as not to get in the way of the flow. With my eyes closed, I still see my hands and arms, white, spirit like, moving around the instruments. It's energy my friend, and through your minds eye, you see it, floating in front of your face. In time, you will see farther into its reach. It is all around you. 🙏
