Chakra meditation on Day 2 Feast for the Soul 2025

According to Tantric traditions we have 7 chakras which are junction points between our physiology and consciousness. The seers perceived the chakra system as a column of energy centres from the base of the spine to the top of the head, loosely associated with our anatomy and with a particular colour.
