Are there any other videos else where, perhaps more detailed ones on using this colour? We have it in our shop but always comes out green regardless of how we use it?

As Bill said the atmosphere is critical. See if you aren't unintentionally reducing it. Also I find shorter goblet like beats prevents color washout. Hope that helps.

Any suggestions on places to get the formula mix for these two types of glasses?

+Wolfsangel Slade - The recipe for Chalcedony Glass is a closely guarded secret even in this day and age. Aventurine comes in several color variations, each with their own formula. I would recommend the Rakow Library to research possible historical formulas.

+Wolfsangel Slade - None that I know of. You could try talking to the folks at Gaffer Glass. They make a great Chacedony glass.

Hi Josh, Bill doesn't take commissions, but he has work available for purchase through The Shops: shops.cmog.org/artists/made-locally/william-gudenrath. Thanks for watching!

@@corningmuseumofglass cheers I'll have to see what he's got on offer at the moment then. I've learned so much from the guy I feel like buying something from his hands is both cool to have and the least I could do.

@@joshschneider9766 Thank you so much, that's incredibly kind! I have a couple of his simple goblets at my house and they're so great to use.

@@corningmuseumofglass oh for me it would be a reminder that I need to never ever let myself not blow glass for seven years again. I don't think I'd have the heart to use it daily lol
