Vanessa your descriptions is so vivid I can even smell the hot kenkey and fish. Fante have 2 types of kenkey and the Nzema people of the western region have rice kenkey. The kwahu people have a sweet corn dough kenkey you must try it. It can be eaten without fish. This sums up the tribes that own kenkey. You can get Fante kenkey in the market or cape-coast station or even kasoa. The kwahu kenkey, the makola no.2 market or the railway station area.
