Cities ought to buy these for the homeless and make a community in or around cities at no cost AND they could make communities of these for low-income housing. Making a subdivision full of these because with the cost of living making it impossible for many to afford housing this would be a low-income entry to home ownership. You could add a bathroom with toilet, 3'x3' shower, and a pedestal vanity. A small counter with 2 burners, a sink, microwave, toaster style air fryer and some cabinets. An area for a small table, and area for a tv to be wall mounted with a few chairs and a couch with the bed upstairs with hanging for cloths and a dresser for other cloths. And if you can't fit a washer and dryer the community could have a building with many for them to use. Window ac or split unit ac, tankless water heater on the outside and you have a one or two person very simple, very small starter house or a means to down size, or keep your overhead low.

I have a question regarding insulation. Is insulation not used or installed or not needed?
@BunkieLife8 ай бұрын
Most folks use the bunkies for 3 or 3.5 seasons, if you want to add insulation you can usually increase that: bunkielife.com/how-to-insulate-bunkie/

@@BunkieLifewe built one , not from you guys , but have used it four seasons Interior BC, have a diesel heater and used it at -30 c . I wouldn't recommend it for long term but the bottom line is they are usable in more adverse climate than people think. As a side note I wish we had bought through Bunkie life

@@ScrapCarsNotKids Thanks for weighing in! Why do you wish you'd bought from Bunkie Life? Also: why didn't you buy from us?

@@BunkieLife good question. I saw a video of the smooth delivery aspect of the kits from bunkie life and it reminded me of how disastrous ours was. As well I love the social media connections and collaboration of ideas from bunkie life. This company seems connected to their customers

@@BunkieLife when you say seasons, does that basically mean 3 to 3.5 years?
