Welcome to My ASMR Journey!
Hello, friends! 🌟 Today, I took some time to organize my colorful pencils, and as I did, I discovered a world of beautiful, relaxing sounds that I can't wait to share with you. Join me as we explore these soothing tones together, perfect for winding down and finding tranquility.
These soft sounds help ease my anxiety, help calm me when I'm having a hard time sleeping, or when I'm just not feeling well. I wanted to share this with you, maybe you'll like it too. It's also nice to listen to as background white noise.
If you enjoyed this video and found value in it, please consider supporting my channel! Your support helps me create even better quality content for you to enjoy. Here’s how you can help:

What is ASMR?
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, refers to the tingling sensations and feelings of relaxation triggered by specific sounds and visuals. Although only a small percentage of people are triggered by these stimuli, many are curious about the ASMR experience.
Do you have certain sounds that help you relax? Perhaps it’s the gentle rustle of white noise, distant conversations, or familiar bedtime stories from your parents that made you feel safe and comfortable. Sounds like drawing, brushing, tapping, crinkling, and even the crunch of dried leaves can evoke such calming sensations.
Visual triggers play a role as well-watching hands in motion, like molding clay or performing repetitive tasks, can be mesmerizing. Some find relaxation in the deep sense of connection fostered through soft-speaking or whispering, as well as sincere attention.
For New ASMR Explorers
If you’re new to ASMR, I encourage you to keep an open mind. Remember, this experience is not universal, and not everyone will feel the same response.
Disclaimer: This video is created solely for relaxation and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical treatment. If you have issues related to sleep, anxiety, or mental health, please consult a qualified physician.
Thank you for tuning in! Relax and enjoy the soothing sounds. ~ Sophie

Really like this, thank you for making these "realistic" sounds videos. This one is like sitting in a classroom in grade school, during art class. Perfectly tingly! Thanks, Elle.

Gosh this just brought back my childhood days in school ct.- in nursery or grade 1, we used to have a box filled with colour pencils, and I just remembered the sounds that they would make and how satisfying it would all be, so I searched up "sound of wooden pencils in a box", and that fact that I came upon this video just made my day.

I like your videos because you're doing a task. Kind of sounds weird. But I when people make ASMR videos with no purpose I can't enjoy them. Just playing with something and not really accomplishing anything in the end. I'm weird. Lol Love the vids.

Ahhh now this is asmr. I've gone a lot lately to watching non asmr videos, crafting etc because I don't get tingles anymore from asmr vids. Too many role plays, they just don't do it for me. When I was young it was things like this, not someone selling me something or giving me an exam lol.
@chalicemagic

Hi Dusty Bird, Everyone has different things that trigger them. But in my own experience, I'm most triggered by sounds like walking on leaves or pebbles and by the sounds that things make, not so much by roll play. So I stick with what I like and what triggers me and I only hope that the people that enjoy them too, will watch and listen along with me. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

i know these comments must get repetitive... the video was at certain parts relaxing, listening to the colored pencils being shuffled around reminded me of elementary school during craft times. Other parts were a bit harsh and a little too overwhelming due to sound and speed. Good quality overall Sophie!! i thank you for taking the time out of your daily life to make content and share it with the world. It means a lot xoxo

That box needs more pencils! 😆😆😆 When I was in grade school in the 1960s I sat next to a girl in my class who used to ruffle through her pencil case and for some reason I found the sound to be very relaxing. All my life I thought I was the only one who felt that way with certain sounds and I was glad to find out via these videos that I'm not. Pencils, beads craft supplies , crinkling paper, and gravel crunching all relax me to the point of dozing off....Thanks for these💤💤💤

Dear ASMR Friends, I just got done reading a post that brought me to tears! It was from a woman who watches my videos and finds great healing in them. I am so honored to be part of this amazing woman's healing process. I make these videos initially because they helped me find my calm space within, a place where I can find calm and peace, release my stress and to function on a higher vibration. And to know that these videos are helping so many others do the same thing, I can hardly find the words to express my unbound gratitude. I so appreciate hearing these messages, they keep me so motivated to keep making these videos and also counter the evil troll messages I get from time to time. In closing, this most extraordinary woman said this, "since I can't leave the house anymore, youtube has saved me many times from just quitting. You have been a part of that. Thank you." Everyone, Keep heart and know that where we are right now is the NOW Moment, the only time we have. Hold tight to who you are, breath in a higher vibration, breath in the courage to take the next step into the next NOW moment, Breath in love, breath in the knowing that you are making a difference in this world, because you are.
@craffte
@craffte 9 жыл бұрын
Whoa. But it's true. We are all affecting the world..in some way. I hope good things for that woman. Her comment to you made me think i could be a positive force for...uh...something... so thanks for that post. And the trolls? Haters gotta hate. I troll from time to time. It's not to be taken seriously. Internets iz where we can be socially irresponsible (some think). So please pay them no mind. Keep making videos if it makes you happy. What makes you happy makes others happy, too.

Do you experience ASMR through the audial or visual or both from viewing/listening to ASMR videos? I've been having a conversation with a subscriber about people that have written to me about getting the tingles by exclusively watching the visual aspects of ASMR videos as well as watching people (their hands) doing repetitive tasks. Do any of you experience this? It would be purely visual ASMR.

Hi Allie, that is a great question, A trigger sound is a sound that triggers or brings up an emotional response within you. It's a sound that could trigger a feeling of calmness and with ASMR, it triggers a tingly feeling in your brain and even throughout your whole body. Many people find this tingling sensation to be very blissful.

Like a mother cat grabbing "you" by the scruff of neck.. i am almost limb. I do wonder why this is. I did see my mother doing stuff like this... the feeling from just watching this.. is erourmous. It is hard to describe. would be the same for my father assorting he's hex keys... I bet... There is just something there which absolutely trancendes the mind.

Ok, so you want to know what we think? Your video is way too noisy & you should use slower movements. I'm sorry but, I didn't like it.

i actually like the faster sorting. but i can't fall asleep to this video because of the beginning sound with your hands on the box. i know it's like 30 seconds, but still that's a sound that makes me cringe. :(
