While you guys sleep in Britain, (about 3:00 AM your time) I'm running errands and listening. Enjoying the Creative Energies inspiration, when I get home, I've got a Clay Pot I put a coat of Polyurethane on a few days ago, and I'm going to Chalk Paint a design or paint and Decoupage. It helps my pots last longer and looks nice on the flower stands or garden. Expecting to begin a series of furniture projects next week. Marbleizing one. Hope you got the email pics. Hugs! Beth Tennessee, USA PS: Went back and watched when I got back home and *"You nailed this process!" It looks great!* I like the "mat to board/table top", it looked great in camera, even the part you fixed looked great. I sponged concrete blocks around my garden one time, the top blocks were a 3 X 5 X 12, those flat ones. Did them with concrete paint 3 colors and achieved a Verde Patina look. That was back in 1997. Was a huge Patio, garden, Jacuzzi, area. Really turned out classy. Imagine adding just a little thin line/areas with gold/metallic just enough to catch the light, in a cream foundation marble with the lines in a sienna and sable, or Silver on a Charcoal foundation. Yours looks like a piece of marble tile. It is perfect for what I'm planning. Stellar

Brilliant as usual and so humble. Trust me that it’s not as easy as you make it look. Just the color choices alone blew me away and then it just works.

Jonathan, a new subbie here. I so enjoy your work, so very talented! This reminds me exactly what we do using Tim Holtz distress oxide ink pads and distress sprays on paper for card and journal making. Obviously on a much smaller scale but the same thing. You are right, it looks like tile in my mothers kitchen, just beautiful. Thanks for sharing and inspiring.

Beautiful. How about playing with posh chalk pigment or gold leaf in light veining then building over with more paint layers . Could play for hours in your work space. Xx

Johnathon: RE: The cabinet in the background @ 41:25 (the light linen color with salmon color flowers) Did you do this piece on Video? I've scanned your Library of Videos and cant locate this piece, hoping I've missed it, cause I'm interested in the process of how the flowers were applied. Hope you happen to catch this inquiry and look forward to your reply. That piece just speaks to me, I'm quite fond of the colors, particularly the Salmon Peach/Pink. Thanks !!! Beth Tennessee, USA.

Unfortunately I did not film anything to do with this cabinet. It is all hand-painted. I did it quite awhile ago. Such a shame because it quite a few people have asked after this project. X

Waste of time watching any of your projects....none of the products are available in Canada either from U.S.A or United Kingdom.

Read your comment is a waste of time. And it's impossible that those products aren't in the countries you name. I live in Chile and all those products are here. And besides there are other brands that are the same too.
